We are packing up right nicely. Ran to Provo yesterday and came home and found that some of our furniture was gone. Fortunately we know who took it and will kindly take care of it for us. We keep hoping each week that we will hear something, but so far nothing has arrived. I am guessing that not hearing from the Area office means that they all had to get back to work, as opposed to calling us. Maybe this week. I keep accepting teaching jobs, just in case it is much longer than we expected.
In Provo we had lunch with the people that we trained for the office in Budapest. They are home now, obviously. After we went to an afternoon wedding reception and had wonderful visits with many missionaries. We always see the same ones at the receptions...some are more party animals than others.
Attended Stake Conference. I came away feeling some peace and will now allow me to calm down and just get everything taken care of so that when the time comes, we will be ready to go. I guess it is like getting your food storage in before the earthquake.....or to get the oil in the lamps. Tomorrow we will work hard at that. I certainly will do a good job of getting everything up to date as soon as we know.
